Refund policy
By placing an order, you confirm that You have read, understood and accepted this following policy.
Return
Our policy lasts 10 days from arrival date. If 10 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Orders Cancellation
For orders cancellation, Shieber offers a full refund before products are processed by warehouses.
After orders processed it cannot be canceled as it is customized.
Products Damaged
Shieber offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.
Shieber offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).
a. For incorrect products, we offers a full refund or replacement.
b. For products with wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function, we offers a refund or resend if you provide a photo or video of your product including name, content and date.
c. For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, shieber may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, we will resend the product only.
d. For accessories, we will resend the accessories
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return or cancel an order we require a photo or video of your product including name, order number, content and date. Please contact our support team via shieberstore@gmail.com for more information.
Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received or order is cancelled, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
